Tier Points are earned on qualifying play and spend across the resort. They are never taken away when you claim a reward.

Choose a reward, confirm it, and the app issues a single-use code with a QR. Show it to any member of staff — they scan, you enjoy it. If you don't use the code within 24 hours it expires and the points come straight back to your balance.

How points are counted

The order the multipliers apply

1. Introduction

This policy explains how Spinmania Pokies Members Club collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the members application and the services of the resort complex.

2. Information we collect

Registration is completed in person at the Members Desk, so the information we hold is what you provide there and what the club records afterwards:

  • Full name, date of birth and city of residence.
  • Contact details — email address and phone number.
  • Identity document details used for verification at the desk.
  • Membership records: club ID, tier, Tier Point and Reward Point balances, and the transactions behind them.
  • Technical data from the app: device model, operating system version and sign-in events.

3. How we use it

  • Maintaining your membership, balances and tier.
  • Awarding points, privileges and rewards, and issuing redemption codes.
  • Identifying you at the resort through your Club Pass QR code.
  • Protecting your account and preventing fraud.
  • Sending service messages about your membership if you have push notifications enabled.

4. Storage and protection

Data is held on secured servers with restricted staff access. Credentials are stored in the device keychain or keystore when you choose to stay signed in, and sensitive information is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Sharing

We do not sell membership data. Information is shared only with resort departments that serve you, with providers who operate the app under contract, and where the law or a regulator requires it.

6. Retention

Membership records are kept for as long as the membership is active and for the period afterwards required by gaming and financial regulations. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period.

7. Your rights

You may ask to see the data held about you, to correct it, or to close your membership. Because identity is verified in person, these requests are handled at the Members Desk.

8. Contact

Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern access to and use of the Spinmania Pokies Members Club application. Using the app means you accept them.

2. Access

The app is for registered members of the club. Membership is opened only in person at the Members Desk by authorised staff; there is no online registration and no sign-up inside the app. Members must be of legal gambling age in the jurisdiction of the resort.

3. Tier Points and Reward Points

  • Tier Points determine your level. They are not deducted when a reward is claimed.
  • Reward Points are spent on rewards and are deducted once a redemption is confirmed.
  • Neither point type has monetary value, can be exchanged for cash, or transferred to another member.
  • The club may correct balances affected by technical error or fraudulent activity.

4. Rewards and codes

A confirmed redemption creates a single-use code with a QR representation. The code is personal and must not be transferred. Unused codes expire 24 hours after issue; the points are then returned to your balance automatically. Rewards are subject to availability and to the minimum tier shown on the card.

5. Club Pass

The Club Pass identifies you on the property. Sharing it, or giving another person access to your account, may result in suspension of the membership.

6. Changes to the program

Tier thresholds, multipliers, privileges and the reward catalogue are set by the club administration and may be amended. Material changes are announced in the app.

7. Liability

The club is not responsible for interruptions caused by your device, your internet connection, or events outside its control. Balances shown in the app are informational; the server record is authoritative.

8. Closing a membership

You may close your membership at the Members Desk at any time. Unspent Reward Points are forfeited on closure and are not exchangeable for cash or goods.

9. Responsible play

The club supports responsible gambling. Self-exclusion and limit tools are available at the Members Desk, and a self-excluded membership is suspended in the app for the agreed period.
